I do agree, i feel depressed when you work so hard trying to be MVP and dont get squat. BUT its how they implemented RNG. Now if we look at it at a different perspective, If RNG was a Uniform distribution, if we dont include farming, if everyone plays same number of hours, we all will be evenly geared ( comparing to the average of the entire community ). And i tend to brush it off my mind quick for 2 reason, one is in crucible, everyone is sync to a set stats ( nothing overpowering ). Gears you get are only good in PvE. Second is that end game content raid is the only one that should be justified of how your importance was to the game. If you beat glass and didnt get squat then you reserve the right to rage about it. Just be glad nobody is exploiting the fact that even if you que and dont play, you still get crucible marks and there is no vote to kick player.( unless there is a vote to kick option that i dont know about )
