I just got denied doing Vault of Glass for being Mute.
I understand that communication is important...but I'm pretty sure My being a mute is not a reason to deny me a chance at it...
*EDIT* I am mute as in born without the capability of speaking, folks.

And people wonder why online matchmaking will not be implemented. If you had a group of close friends that you have gamed with they will understand and still bring you in. If not, get new friends that are not complete a-holes. :)
