When Blink is activated, it always teleports you along you in the same direction your character is moving, so if you strafe left, tap A to jump, and then tap A again right as your momentum is on a horizontal trajectory, you will teleport to the side only a few feet above the ground.

That's what I experienced. It is good but not awesome because sometimes I see myself in situations in which there is close to zero vertical space. Thank you for sharing, though.

Hi. Saw your topic and just wanted to ask; once you unlock Blink can you switch between Glide and Blink like switching between scopes on your weapons? Or does Blink become permanent as soon as you press X to unlock it? Apologies for being off topic but I wanted to ask someone who has unlocked the Warlock's Blink ability.

You can freely switch between the two, I typically use blink in PvP to take guardians by surprise, but I find the glide works much better in PvE due to the fact it's more controllable and allows you to jump higher and farther. Blink is a short range teleport and can't be controlled distance wise, so you may find yourself "over blinking" a target and falling off an edge or not being able to get high enough.

Oh cool. I was hoping you could switch between the two because I can see certain situations where Blink will be less useful than a high jump, -cough- Sekrion Prime -cough- Thank you for the answer. I'm now really looking forward to Blink :)
