I just don't think the loot needs to be for tryhards and vehicle-champions exclusively. When I started at crucible, I was BAD. I'm still not great. But when I started I was utterly terrible. Then I got a gun as a reward randomly and I started doing better. Better weapon and more encouragement to improve instead of being excluded because I didn't previously play CoD to death or Halo. I've gotten rewards for terrible matches and I've gotten nothing for great matches and vice versa.
