I understand that communication is important...but I'm pretty sure My being a mute is not a reason to deny me a chance at it...
*EDIT* I am mute as in born without the capability of speaking, folks.
*DOUBLE EDIT* Thanks to Irongrid109 and his group of pals I am a member of their Raid Group for Vault of Glass. Send good vibes and luck our way for mass ownage! \o/

What do you mean denied?...
-
If you're on Xbox one, feel free to add me. Hyperionion is my Gamer Tag
-
Being unable to speak makes you no worse a player in my books. Speaking is only one way of communication after all and tactics only get you so far. If I was lvl 26 ATM I'd attempt the raid with you, I'm not usually one for talking anyway.
-
Well seeing as your mute if you have a ps4 my psn is RyanRenfrow wouldn't mind letting you tag along raids and etc once I start doing them. Also can run other things than raids as well.
-
What cha on? I'll play, I'm on 360
-
You on Xbox One? You can game it up with me if you want.
-
Sucks to here that happened to you man. If your a ps3 gamer I'll team up with ya.
-
If you have PS4 send me friend request, I'll roll with you... As long as you can dance of course
-
If you are mute, you have a disability. Which means people have to go out of their way to accomodate for you. If they're complete strangers, I can see why they wouldn't be willing to do such a thing for no forseeable benefit.
-
Sorry to hear you were treated this way.
-
Meh. I never talk to strangers online anyway. Only to friends. And they're not on that often. I assume you'd know what you're doing anyway and if people just pay attention, they'd know when you're in trouble or not. Not that hard to miss. Only thing about the Raid is that there are very tough parts where you just need callouts. So I guess best is to get to a high enough level where you can take the enemies easily, then try again and be specific on no talking. I'm sure there are people who wouldn't mind it. I know I wouldn't care
-
I've been playing many MMOs and other games for years. I've never used a mic in raiding, luckily there were people out there that still took me in and allowed me to raid with them. I'm not a bad player, which is why they took me. I don't see why a couple people in a group of 6 without a mic would be so bad. Listening is key, and it's what I've been doing all my life, it's not hard to follow orders. I hope you find people to play with on the PS3, I somewhat understand how you feel. P.S. I'm on PS4 if anyone wants to take me lol.
-
sorry to hear that people would do that to you :( if you was on ps4 we could try it sometime? :)
-
Obviously you need to find another clan because the people who denied you are clearly assholes. Join Archangel…
-
What console you on? If you're on PS4 I'll happily attempt it with you sometime :)
-
Wow dude. If you were on Xbox one, I'd totally have you on our team. Mic is important, but not necessary.
-
Not raiding level just yet, but if you're in PS4 I'd be happy to play with. Just because you're mute didn't mean you can't hear and the emotes can help. Can you cover that side?" Dance for yes, sit to say here is better and point for where you think is best. And then wave to draw attention to something
-
Those people aren't friends. I want to share the vault with bros and broettes, but it probably won't happen, bc clan mates need to level etc. Ill have to play with some bunch of assholes, and I'm sorry you can't share that experience.
-
You can join my fire team if you're on 360
-
It's doable by just listening to the others, but makes it harder since you won't be able to call out specific things.
-
Damn, sorry bro.
-
Sorry that happened mate
-
Are you deaf as well? Maybe you can still get some people to raid with. You will likely have to listen to each instruction they give you but they may actually allow you to raid.
-
You just need to find people that dont care. A lot of mutes are succsessful in mmo. U can still listen, thats what most people care about.
-
I used to play video games with a mute. Was tons of fun
-
Wow, that sucks man
