I agree that they need to add chat because i like Skrimich and Stikes its hard to play as one if you cant chat... same thing for any other match making playlist. The Xbox comes with a Mic so why not use it... it only makes sence?!?!?!?

I never understood people such as yourself. Why does everyone need a mic? if you have 6 guys and one's missing a mic, so be it, what you should be concerned with is if he is listening and can he/she can play well. I have a mic, I don't always have it plugged in, and I have had people leave rooms in other FPS just because I had no mic, yet I was probably the best player on their team. To me, that's stupid, not everyone needs a mic. I'm very competitive and I like all the games I stick to, why worry about mics rather than actual player skill level. and how do you know IF the player has a mic or not.

Because in the raid you're going to have to split up in groups in two and two. It would be nice if you could talk to your partner now would it no matter how good a player you might be.
