I think its a legitimate issue. I'm level 24 and have picked up 8 or so legendary engrams and have yet to get a usable item. While it surely isn't the end of the world it [b]is[/b] annoying to keep decrypting parts piles. Its annoying enough that I changed consoles and played a different game today after getting my 8th dud purple engram. If a shrinking player base is the goal then this is certainly a good tool to that end. Make the game frustrating to people who have already invested a couple of days playing. No, I don't want to get handed a big pile of legendary gear on day one ...but I think the rate of getting something I can actually USE should be at least slightly higher than zero (I'm currently at 0 for 8). YMMV [b][/b]

Thank you these guys complain about everything and expect the dev's to change the entire game to suit their needs because they're not good at it these people are gamers they're [b]FRAUDS[/b] I'm not say just accept anything but to someone who actually adapts to the game mechanics and enjoys having to grind like the old days of gaming these new kids want everything handed to them like children [b]FRAUDS[/b] yo.
