They are when the game is loading so cutting them would just give you a different load screen..

Not true. U mean the little scene of your ship flying and the dialogue/narrator speaking prior to the mission's start. We are talking about after you beat a certain mission and it triggers the annoying same cutscenes. I know its not a loading screen because its like a 3-5 min cutscene and I'm sure the PS4 is so powerful and fast that it doesn't require a 3+ mins of loading lol

And no they aren't loading the Game during the Cutscene otherwise it would be ready to go as soon as it's over. You often times get a loading screeen after the Cutscence as well. In a 3 minute cutscene if they game has yet to render, thats an optimization issue, so no, its not loading.

I agree...lol they aren't all for loading. The only loading is before the mission actually starts but I know what u mean. After the mission countdown and says returning to orbit in...lol. For example the black garden...u beat the vex heart, and sends u to cutscene no matter what afterwards.
