I have the same issue. Had the game for 3 days, have forwarded the required ports, got a NAT type 2 connection and still can't get into the game. I have a Netgear CG3100d-2 modem. I find it very unlikely that Bungie are/have been working on the servers for 3 nights in a row, especially not over the weekend. I have people in my friendslist who are online playing it while I'm trying to sign in, makes no sense to me!! Waste of time and money if you ask me!!
