    • I cant even play destiny 5 days or more i had to uninstall re install to fix the beagle error guess what bungie IT DOESNT WORK! Some people got to play ATLEAST 30 min I cant even play fix it please this is so bullshit i was so excited, finally a good game oh wait doesnt work! 50 $ gone to waste I hope you fix it gjxkhljvkfgmbmvb lol so mad.

      • Why are bungie not helping?ive tried hard resets,ive set static ip,the ports are already open and still keep getting centipede,fly and bee.No other multi player game disconects me.please sort it out

      • This is customer support? The forum? This must be a joke. Bungie, why can I not stay connected? Like most everyone here you (bungie) owe me and all of us an explanation or a refund. Don't get me wrong I want to play, however I can't. I play on a console because I don't want to deal with issues like this. I've now spent hours of my time attempting to fix all the different error codes. I'm sure Bungie knew/knows that it would not help. I still can't believe this is the customer support. Other players? What a joke! Bungie set up a real customer support for us, NOW. If you want my business I want a tech person from bungie to contact me or give my a way to contact them, have them walk me through every step that I'm sure I've already done and give me a real explanation and solution to the problem. This is crazy. I've been looking forward to this game for over a year. I've bought 2 T-shirts before the game came out because I just knew Destiny was going to rock. It does for 30 to 40 minutes at a time. Again my wishes are to pay for the game and play as the game is intended to play. I just can't. I'm not unreasonable, announce how much time you need to fix the issues and let the players decide to keep the game or not. But this is crap, guessing you listened to Activision on customer support (GET THE MONEY). If it is my internet company give me some ammo to fire at them. Everyone knows that they aren't going to fix anything unless I know exactly what to tell them. I don't have any issues with any other game. Did I mention that this customer support really pisses me off. WTF, this is such a disappointment,.

      • Yes error errors and what... more f***ing errors. Bungie fix this now. And why dont you have phone support ... i got all the errors you could possible think. Did not buy this game to get ANIMAL NAMED ERRORS THIS IS NOT DISCOVERY CHANNEL. FIX THE ERRORS AN ITS NOT JUST THE UNIVERSITIES THAT ARE GETTING CENTIPEDE ERROR.

      • agreed. im so -blam!-ing tired of these errors. I get dropped from strikes during the last boss ALL THE TIME. its INFURIATING. Fix this shit or youre going to lose alot of customers Bungie...(and its not MY internet, i never have problems with games ever, until i started playing Destiny, now disconnects happen every 30 minutes, and always at THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME WHEN IM DEEP INTO A STRIKE OR PVP...)

      • I have gotten bee, fly, baboon, lion and more even 1 for the xb1 and i'm on the ps4 can you say wow how is that possible. The game is broken fix it damn it. I'm guessing they made there money and now the customer gets screwed so hard there head explode from getting pissed off at bungie for not fixing there servers ]. Bungie just sitting there laughing there butt off at us.

        This is extremely frustrating. Not once was I dropped from a game during the Beta. Everything was smooth until Monday's update, and now I can no longer go through the daily, weekly, or strike playlists without consistently getting dropped. Completely unacceptable. I have NEVER been dropped from any other multiplayer game, but for some reason Destiny doesn't want to work. What the hell is going on, and more importantly, what is Bungie going to do about it? All of these "quick fixes" are anything but. This needs to be sorted out A.S.A.P. I can't earn anything in order to level-up my character, so I have to completely rely on drops, and we all know how that is currently. I keep getting errors like Lion and Bee. When is this going to be patched Bungie? BTW, no phone number? Give me a break.

            • I COMPLETELY AGREE!!!!!!!! The lion error code says you need a steady connection..... I just ran the test from my PS4 and it says I have a 48.0Mbps download speed and a 9.2Mbps upload speed...I'm pretty sure that's a steady connection!!!! All my other games work online WTFWTFWTF!?$&&!@??! 500 million dollars no matter if activison got most and bungie got a small amount either way one or the other company has plenty of extra cash to hire someone who can fix!!!!

            • Since the update today I have lost connection 5 times and every time I play a crucible match i lose connection. The update made my game worse.

              • I am honestly super close to boycotting Bungie from here on out and selling my Destiny game. Their customer service is absolutely ludicrous and it's sad that this is their state of technical support.

              • Frustrating. Constant errors. Mostly catterpillars. Please get a fix. I have no problem playing WoW or Rift. Never get disconnected from their servers. But this game kept giving errors about connections. I just don't understand.......

                  • The last hour I have gotten errors (5+ times) "cattle", "caterpillar", and "centipede". On a home fiber network, plugged into LAN via cable. Pretty extreme.

                    • when you get at least 3 errors within the hour exit game, clear system cache, reboot console, reset router, and reconnect network it might have disconnected try game again... tho sometimes just quiting out and reentering helps for minor errors such as matchmaking issues or ghost world
