The defender sub class is fantastic. Great in strikes and crucible so much utility. Striker well is another story. It is good but weak compared to other class supers. Also if you use it on a strike boss you are most definitely dead. So you kinda stick to clearing ads when they spawn and when you get a group of them that spawn oh boy does fist of havoc wreck shop. So the Titan is definitely more of a support role in strikes and always the last person alive reviving people. Defender still better though. I'm a level 22 Titan and I have absolutely no problems in strikes using either.
