Thanks for reply dude. But I did and still says I have to be level 20 I'm only 6 right now, i thought you were suppose to get them right off the bat.

You have to first enter the code and THEN go to destiny in your games directory and then select the Vanguard pack and download, THEN install it and THEN restart Destiny. Messed me up too at first. I missed out on the Digital Guardian stuff at the time as well. Finally figured it out though. You then get access to them at level 5. Unfortunately the damned guns SUCK. Really.... they may be greens but there are no upgrade slots in them at all.
