Why don't you cry a little more. A two hit super? Most idiotic idea ever. It would be impossible to get a kill with it then because after the first hit the guy would blow your head off with a shotgun. It's a super, it's meant to be powerful. Maybe fist of havoc should have a charge up time because it is too OP to shoot someone just to have them panic smash you. Quit crying and learn to adapt.
