Destiny's future

Is nearly endless. Are you kidding me? It's way too early to critique this game. Is there some propaganda machine out there trying to take down Bungie and Activision? If any of you played WoW (World of Warcraft), and realize the resemblance, you should predict just how much better and better this game will get. You've had to have enjoyed 4 out of at least 5 of some of the best games out there. Halo, CoD, Borderlands, WoW, Guild Wars and Diablo, these series, and probably others I haven't noticed (bc I probably haven't played) are the embodiment of Destiny. You can't complain about aspects of other games they've IMPROVED if not PERECTED, think of the loot system and annoying chatter (or s#%! talking.) There are 2 expansions already on their way, and who knows how many more. WoW started with lv cap of 60 and slowly moved up, about to end it at 100. And after how many years? Burning Crusade, Lich King, Cataclysm, effing pandas and I'm willing to bet they'll add on more levels or at least more raids. Except they have 10 and 25 man raids in WoW, but you guys probably couldn't handle that. Not if grinding, farming, or PvP isn't enough. You probably can't even survive a strike. Call me an elitist, I think that should make me the biggest critique, but I find myself surrounded by babies, and you know maybe that's best, this is probably the best game out right now and if it isn't good enough, maybe you guys will get off your a $%!# and become a CEO or something. Point is, most of these reviews, talk about the story line, but they don't realize that what we have now, 3 planets, a moon and 5 forms of arena, is just touching vanilla. THIS is only Vanilla. I'm sure, I'm confident that these guys have much more in store for us. If you're on the app, you already know... we have MONTHS worth of DLCs (if I may) on the way. One being installed as I speak. It's the 16th and I've been gaming. I saved a lot of money just so I could enjoy how Destiny unfolds. 3 to 4 hours of gaming a day and I'm only lv 24, more than half way to 25 though. Gotta be 26 for glass of vaults, but I'm gonna need those lv 26 legendarys to knock down that lv 28 fireteam strike in Venus. See where this is going...? Well I hope you guys enjoy. Add me gt=Lazergreen if you feel the same way, if not, good day.

  • I don't know how anyone can give this game a bad review in good conscious. Maybe it's Bungie's fault for marketing this game to appear as though it were the second coming of Christ, but c'mon, take the game for what it is. There are some legitimate complaints, like the story being shallow and the missions lacking variety. I can get behind that, and hope Bungie makes some changes for the future of the franchise. Despite those little annoyances, the game remains insanely fun to play. It also bothered me that these reviews came out 4 days after launch. Are you kidding? I'm about a week into it and have just now begun to delve in reputation grinding for gear, completing heroic missions and taking on the tougher strike missions. Hell, the first raid hasn't even been released yet. I get it -- they need to review what shipped with the game, yadda yadda. The raids require you to be lvl 26, and I highly doubt any reviewer as able to reach that level in 4 days. It makes me angry because people will pass this game by based on the bad scores. You're entitled to not like Destiny. Your opinion is valid and no one can take that from you, but to call it a bad game is just being ignorant to the fact that your expectations may have been impossibly high. Sorry, I'm done my rant now.
