I have tried everything from opening ports and port forwarding, turning firewall off and opening NAT, static IP
Netgear D6300

Same here, and netgear router as well. I can conclude that it is not Microsoft or Sony's fault that this is happening (at least not for me and i have the same issue as well). Ive talked to official microsoft employees probably about 5 times in the last 4 days and they couldn't help. The only way to get this fixed would be to either make a huge amount of noise or to wait it out.
