Open the TCP/UDP ports as per the instructions in the following link, this will fix the issues for 90% of people (it has for everyone I know)

I did port forwarding for all destiny and Xbox ports, switched from wireless to ethernet, got a BETTER ethernet cord, still not working.

What's the error code you're getting? I had bee and some other insects I can't remember. I don't think this is an issue with Bungie, I think it's ISPs as some people have no problems and others have loads. All the people in the UK who I know and had this problem were on Sky Broadband.
