Bungie has hot fixed this. I honestly hope they take away any gear earned by exploiting the game like this.

What a cry baby! No they haven't hot fixed this and it's not an exploit. It part of the game it's not a hack or glitch it's just the way they spawn...

You're exploiting their spawn for gear. And to call someone a cry baby via Internet is exactly what I'd expect out of someone who farms spawn points to get better gear for a video game.
