Setup clan on browser not mobile app
Click create group in Bungie
Scroll down half way on the page and check mark activate xbox activate psn features if you want both.
A clan will be a group until you have three members

i´m pretty confused about that because i got 4 group members but only 2 clan members. 1 of the 4 group members sent a request to access the clan but i just got a notification via mobile app and not at the website. so i´m kind of stuck in this process for leaving the clan probation :(

Edited by sfjmcPicket: 9/12/2014 10:02:07 PMYou can have followers (non playing ) and members ( playing ). Each system requires three members before Bungie removes the probation status. You guys can be a group but you won't have the clan tag when you play until the minimum is met.

Thanks for the quick reply. The weird thing is, all members are active players. Is there anything that has to be set manually, like joining the clan and the group?

That is strange. I have never heard of that situation before. My recommendation would be, to have each member go to their profile login go to your clan site and make sure that they clicked the members button or another idea would be have everyone leave the clan except the founder and reapply and see if that works.

Mine is an xbox and psn clan for my coworkers and I. 3 members so far but not on each system so my clan is a group for the time being.
