I use it and just spam grenades and melee. You can get decent survivability, because the melee hits often and gives you a shield, and the grenades become pretty strong. You create orbs with nearly every kill, so others can use their supers way more often (more so if you have 'Song of Fire' or whatever), and when they super, you can pick up their orbs to keep the process going. Basically, Radiance gives you the ability to spam grenades and help others spam supers.
