yes but also with Sunsinger as you unlock more abilitys you can reduce cooldown of allies with in a few feet of you. though they do not get the reduce damage buffs

So it does affect the Super? I guess I will have to do some more research on which Faction I will want to join.

ya my grenades are like every 45 sec with out super active and are every 2 sec with it active with the armor i have on know if i use gear with no boost to Dis its every 12 sec with super on and 1min 30 sec with no super
