Pre-order bonuses

I got the digital guardian edition pre-order from the PSN store but I cant find where to get my Vanguard emblem or weapons. I found the vanguard vendor but no freebies. I thought at least the emblem would be free. Anyone else had trouble getting their pre-order bonuses?

There is no code for the sony exclusive content but me and my friends cannot find it anywhere! Does anyone know what has to be done in order to retrieve these items in game? Please help. Thanks!
