I set my fireteam chat options to "through speakers" or "blended" so I can record fireteam chat for my PS4 Youtube videos. Why does the voice volume for my fireteam members get quieter the farther away they move from my avatar? WE ARE IN A FIRETEAM. They should be the same volume no matter how far they are from me. This shouldn't change just because I have my voice chat audio coming from a different source than a headset. I use a stand alone microphone, not a headset, so the "through speaker" and "blended" settings are the only I can use.

It's suppose to. It's part of the audio effects. It's in surround too.

I'm recording with the internel PS4 capture card... Just stuck in a Catch 22. Chat audio sounds great when using "headset" setting, but it doesn't record it. Can record the chat audio when set to "through speakers" or "blended" settings, but the quality is horrible because I can't just walk around and hold my fireteams hand so I can get full volume...lol. Thanks for the help though, supytalp63.

Gotcha. Sorry I can't be more helpful. It does sound like something on Playstation's end and not Bungie. The recording I have experience with is just my play and not multiplayer so I'm all out of suggestions.
