I don't get the sudden fascination with split screen. It's been gone for awhile now and it's not coming back. I take my system and tv over to my buddies house all the time, it's not hard to play beside each other if you aren't a whining little bitch. Spilt screen was cool but we all know playing on tiny little screens sucked ass.

You just proved everyone's point. You pay $60+ to play a game in the convenience of your home, yet you're still forced to lug your console and tv to your friends house to play co-op. What about families who want to play together, like siblings or parents and their kids? Should they dish out for another console and copy of the game just to have co-op play in their own home?
