There is much verity in swords as there is in guns.It is Titan class only.You can put it in your inventory.You get access to use a sword(no ammo) in the 2nd Titan upgrade class.I was playing the beta and looking at the other titan class and eventually(if you upgrade enough) you can dual wield swords.You can use it whenever you want(In single/multiplayer modes)
