Found the criteria for bans and mutes - youd think mods will ban people more often huh

Was just going through the source code, looking for little hidden codes or something when i stumbled across this.
With criteria like that, you would think Destiny/ gaming/ offtopic would be full of banned users.

When I strike, there is nothing left to see. All trace of our action is vapor and gone with the breeze. For example, in the last 24 hours, I believe that I have banned over 100 members and warned nearly twice as many. Topics retagged? > 300 easily. Now, because there is nothing to show for those clicks and efforts, it is easy to say (and even reasonable to assume, based on the lack of visible evidence) that "I do nothing". But it's not true. You can't see what I have done, because what I have done is remove and relocate things. Things that should not have been there. Things that will not be seen again. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
