Okay here's the situation. If you achieved the beta emblem, it is bound to your platform account. Any of the codes you entered for Destiny via bungie.net's redeem codes page are bound to that bungie.net profile. Also any codes you enter on the platform are bound to that platform account.
So you can follow the [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/18405/64336042/0/0]Linking and Unlinking FAQ[/url] to link your platform account that played in the beta to any bungie.net account you wish, and you'll still have the beta emblem and whatever codes are have been applied to that bungie.net account.
But if you move your platform account from a bungie.net account that have codes applied to it, you will need to re-enter the codes to for the other bungie.net account that is now linked to that platform account.

I just linked both accounts and my old account is for Xbox and my Facebook one (That i used for the beta) was on the Xbox I shouldn't have to worry then correct?

If your Xbox account is linked to "eyerow", you should have no worries.
