Nop. Campers have enough games as is. Say no to camping, it's cheap and nobody likes it. And before you say it would be mostly used for drop shotting, no it wouldn't. Now go back to CoD and enjoy you're inactive game where to move is to die.

I agree and disagree. Camping is good for the skilled sniper. While in games theirs no real drawback in real life sniping is no easy picnic but I'll stick with games. In destiny I saw massive amounts of sniper positions granted this was pve. Now let's say your with your team. Titan,warlock,and hunter. One of those events pops up where you have to kill those fallen captains. You all run in f%$# him up as best you can then he retreats. While the warlock and titan run after the hunter triple jumps to a high position. And with precision keeps the enemies shield down with every shot. While the titan shotguns the armor down. The captain reaches the area where other fallen our hiding out only for the last of four to be dropped by the camper. Leaving the captain to be wrecked. See campers in that sense are helping. But I disagree with prone in the game.

I wouldn't even call that camping as the hunter is finding position to better aquire his target. That's not even camping in pvp. But if the hunter was to aquire that position and be waiting for a target to wonder into his sights regardless of what his team mates are doing. Then he is camping. Especially in pvp. Tho those camper don't even bother me, its the camper that is waiting just out side a spawn area doing nothing but shooting at newly spawned people who are only at that moment thinking "where's the next objecti...." pop, he's dead before he even had a chance.

It is totally legit. It's not that no one likes campers, it is that no one likes being shot by a camper. And everyone, I mean everyone camps now and again...even you. If you say you never have you are a liar. Spawn camping, corner camping, sniper camping, window camping. Small hole camping. Everyone does it. Half the fun is finding the dirt merchant and giving him a does of iron in the head. Next time some idiot cries about you camping just say...yes I was and you were an easy kill.

Then call me a liar. Wouldn't camp to save myself. Hate campers, hate why they camp, hate the smug self gratification they have undeservedly and I hate the way they justify it! Camping is the worst form of strategy. I know there's people who "control" an area, that's fine. Not something I do the way they do it but that's a legit way to do it. As for people who go the low road, the cheap shots the spawn campers, they have no sense if honour, and no sense of sportsmanship. I let people out of spawn traps by either running in and flipping the spawns or backing off to the other side of the map. I encourage this in my friends and people I play with. I even go as far as to "troll" campers on my own team.

It may not be fun for gaming but, for survivability, camping is the best form of strategy. Find your choke point, keep your blindspots covered, pick them off as they peek their heads in. Again, it might not be fun for many players, but I like to play as if I am my character. I play as though it's my life on the line for a greater sense of immersion (there is no re spawn in real life). Which means I'll take 1-0 over 3-1 if I can. Because being dead sucks.

Omg I just remembered I went 125-0 on CoD 3 just joined a game near the end 1000 point tdm. Was only playing for 25mins too. Thank you if forgotten about that.

Did you play the beta? You can't go a match without dying unless you've mad skills. Best I could do was 26-0 when in other games i would go maybe 45-0 or more. Think the best I've done on any game was 62-0 but that was CoD and anyone can do that. Really wanted a 100-0 now that would be something to brag about!

It was a simplified example, and yes I did play the beta. As I said, I play for the immersion, not the bragging rights. To me, games provide a chance to take part in a story, to be the character. I prefer to play as I would if I were in that situation myself. This means that I avoid dying as best as I can, not racking up kills. It's just my personal play style.
