My friend gets home from school to find a Xbox1 version of destiny. His only relation/contact with destiny was playing the beta. So I'm thinking either it got sent to the wrong address or he won some lottery without even knowing. He wants to trade it in/exchange it for the 360 version (the one we're playing it on). My questions are: Should he wait in case it was some error? Or is he allowed to do what he wants with it? Im asking because I don't want him to get in trouble with bans or legal actions.
