As the feature currently stands, the ship is just a different skin that only shows up in the one repetitive loading screen, right? Personally, I don't even need to actually pilot the ship. At least let us go inside it.

You get a different cut scene depending on where your going. In the Beta for example, I got a different cut scene when I flew to the moon. Still think it was a waste and disappointment that different ships are merely only for the benefit of cut scenes, but as was suggested by someone, perhaps it's something they will add later on. Hope so..
