I like how nearly everyone itt is taking the op seriously... Even if the event isn't fictitious, I'm pretty sure he's still joking nonetheless, so get a sense of humor you dry cunts. And people tell me to get the stick out of my ass...

 • This actually happened. I worded it in a silly manner, of course, but this still actually happened.

 • Yes, I'm aware of that, but you were also being humorous about it even going as far as to poke fun at yourself with the whole basement thing. But what replies do you see the most? "Hurr durr, you is r generalt lizing womyn drivrs. Not all dem driv liek tat. Yoong drivrs r teh reel problemz."

 • Do you disagree that young, inexperienced drivers are more at risk to cause/be involved in an accident?

 • No, of course not, but that isn't my point. My point is, people are commenting with serious replies, to something that is typed in a light hearted satirical manner.

 • If it provokes thoughtful discussion about the use of electronic devices while driving, I'm okay with that. I find that if I make a thread that's more serious, I don't get very many replies. If I make a silly thread, more people are likely to come in and comment. That's why I worded my OP the way I did. To get more comments and discussion going.
If it provokes thoughtful discussion about the use of electronic devices while driving, I'm okay with that.
Well, good luck with that, 'cause the majority of people (as they've done so far) are just going to cherry pick through your op and respond to the one thing that catches their eye... "You're generalizing fenale drivers." when in actuality, use of electronic devices while driving is the discussion you want brought up - which is something you'd think people would have caught on to, being that the problem was the fact she was on her phone - but people here are really stupid at times...
