Yeah. Ya know I've been wondering.. The whole getting new ships thing seems really pointless when you don't get to fly them. They've been boiled down to interchangeable loading screen.
And I have to say. That was something I was excited for when I first started to learn about desteny.
I did kinda forget about it though. As more info came out and I really put together what this game was. I did notice they showed less and less of the ships.
I honesty can't decide if I'm disappointed about that or not. Doesn't seem to matter at this point.
There's also No Man's Sky for that type of game play though.
I could have swarn that game was called Nomad Sky when I first heard about it.

I agree about the pointlessness of hyping up something so useless. I'm a bit more bothered about it, but I also know that it will still be a decent game regardless, just not as big and varied as originally surmised..

After all, why make such a song and dance about it in the first place, when all they're used for is loading screens.. It's little wonder people were expecting more let's be honest. You can't blame people for thinking that something that's described to look and quack like a duck, thought they were gonna see a duck.
