You're entitled to your opinions, but much of this is about how other games do stuff that you want Destiny to do. You can still play other games. Destiny is such a large and complex project that it's possible for pretty much anyone to find something to not like about it. I shall hold onto my complaints until after general release. I just want to single out #8: I like the voice actor they chose for the Crucible. The voicing de-emphasizes the blood-thirsty fanboy nature of most shooter games. No disrespect, but your friend sounds like he's channelling Quake Arena. I did not like the announcer-voice in Quake Arena. It always felt like he was screaming, "You suck and should should feel bad that you suck so much!" I already know I suck at the game. I don't need him taunting me. Eff that. The Crucible announcer-man at least doesn't rub it in. Edit: I may be thinking of Unreal Tournament, not Quake. Memory is hazy, I was turned off of it very quickly.
