If you just want to ignore this clown, follow the steps from the mods.
If you really think this idiot deserves more..........
IF you still have access to the "pic" then contact you States Attorney General's office. Describe the situation to them. Depending on the laws of your state this can result in FELONY convictions. Laws are different from state to state, so what you think is sick may be legal. However, there are other laws it may violate.
