Why not break down the members in your clan into tiers according to skill level, then have those member join the coordinating clan ie: Juggernaut alpha Juggernaut beta Juggernaut gamma. Just an option to help solve the issue if the size isn't increased.

It's almost as if the current system in place would allow them to manage their alliances while keeping things flexible for smaller clans to merge if they like. This thread is a typical knee jerk reaction without thinking of how to do things with the current system.
