I don't see where you come to the Feminist conclusion from the above post. This is not exclusively for women, nor are women being promoted above men. The group/clan is just trying to create an equal playing field where respect and manners are mandatory for all. It's just unfortunate that women take up the bulk of the demographic affected by ill tempered people.
