I need some help from the flood identifying them. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the spiders but they are about 2x2 to 3x3 inches and are absolutely everywhere. I live in the midwest and my apartment is slightly below ground. They aren't very aggressive and look like really big wolf spiders but have longer legs. I don't think they're venomous but I'd still like to know for sure.
Edit: So it has been determined that the spiders are brown recluses and so my new question is WHAT THE HELL do I do now!?

If you see one, take some hairspray and a lighter. You know what to do.

You're -blam!-ed and will wake up one day with a bad case of necrosis.

Think before you act!

3 Easy steps you should follow Step 1: Get on a table. Step 2: Call in a damn Blackhawk helicopter that busts in right through your house while equipped with a minigun and explosive ammo and finally Step 3: Shoot the place up like it's the HQ of an opposing gang/faction. Your Welcome as this is THE most effective and economic desicion

Infested? You need to burn your house down. It's the only way to be sure.

Edited by Booty Tickled: 9/2/2014 6:51:27 AMDoesn't sound like brown recluses to me tbh. Was more likely wolf or cellar spiders. Especially if you didn't spot any webs in dark areas. But still better to be safe when it comes to something like that.

Literally the only worse way to find a spider is when you're walking around your apartment, barefoot, and step on one...
-
This requires patience, patience and the good ol deodorant and lighter that is.
-
Stick it in their thoraxes!
-
Buy yourself a Minigun and equip it with Raid cans.

I've grown up around those things. Alabama. Whatever you do, don't let them bite you.

Edited by Sky the reckless: 8/29/2014 8:19:47 PMBrown recluse spiders are known for their necrotic bites. Which pretty much burn your skin, get out of there.
Now.
