Its a team that wins a match. Not everyone on the team goes out hunting, some are required to capture stuff, others to take out vehicles etc. Someone that boasts is not a team player, those on a team with a high ratio don't tend to boast.

  • I agree but someone that is able to have a good/decent K/D while doing that said objective shows they are good at the game.

  • Not necessarily, my K/D ratio on Titanfall has taken a shocking nose dive recently cause I like playing marked for death. I sprint in get the kill first or die and satchel gets the kill. Either way not all the good players (not classified myself as one) will play conservative, there are ones who are objective orientated that won't care how many times they die as long as the team wins. A good example would be the relic mode, so long as the team the person is on gets the relics, deaths mean nothing. You could have a person only like that gameplay mode and play with that playstyle and be godly at the game. Yet his ratio would make him look rather unskilled.

  • Very good example with Titanfall. I'm a pretty good Fps gamer not the best but usually go positive and have a decent K/D, even when I'm doing an objective. But I have to agree in titanfall my K/D has also gone down for the same reason.
