I agree with this post. Bungie, as the game developer, you know what is need ed to make a game. After all, you made one of the most legendary game series of all time.
As for the people who are complaining about the lack of match-making for raids, well, it's painfully obvious you have no clue what a raid is. You aren't able to just fight enemies with ease as you did in the missions prior to. It requires skill, commitment, communication, and most of all teamwork in all aspects. You wot get that with 5 other randoms with over 4 million players. Trust me... You'll need friends.
Lastly, for those special few who think they are so much more badass at Destiny than they truthfully are, your a special kind of stupid. Yes, I am indeed talking about those people that want to do a raid by themselves... Hah! You played a strike mission in Destiny right? Did you solo that strike at all? Oh you actually did? Okay... Here's the thing about raids. They may be similar, but think of more enemies with a much higher level than that of yours, and a boss that is near that is damn near invincible. As the badass you are (please read with an overly obvious sarcastic voice) ,do you really think your capable of doing something that REQUIRES a six-man team will undoubtedly have issues with, by yourself?

Edited by OJ191: 8/29/2014 4:45:42 PMwho cares even if it is literally impossible to beat raids with strangers, at least you are giving them the option to make the attempt if you add matchmaking. <--- doesn't need matchmaking but thinks not having it there is silly

That logic is so silly. Match-making may make it impossible to truly beat but it should still be in the game. That rationality proves that more isn't always better.
