Not available for pre purchase yet at least on the online store but it's hopeful. They have the digital guardian edition up online as well if you search the xbox store

I may be the only one, but every 5 minutes I click on the Destiny Digital Guardian Edition logo on the search and hope that it will take me to the pre-order page....

I think they are updating their servers at the moment. Probably takes a bit to propagate.
