I don't think you understand that this is a joke about Obama ' s policies. Nobody is trying to be a asshole. But some of the stuff obama does doesn't really make sense, and it's entertaining to fill in the blanks with destiny.

I just explained the reason behind his decisions that any president before him would have to make, it's not the presidents fault when House can't make up their minds because their all so stuck to their parties.

Stuck to their parties including the president. That's what's wrong with our government is the party system, more about winning than actually making the country better.
