Anyone can raid here's how
- start a group and arrange a Raid party
- join a group and participate in a Raid party
- invite 5 friends on PSN or XBL to Raid
- make 5 friends on PSN or XBL and Raid
- invite randoms in the tower to Raid
There's five ways, I bet you can think of more. Go on pull your Raidin' pants on and try one of these, you'll be glad you did ;)

u could even look on the forum for Raiders and get information about how long they can play what timezone they are enz... and on the way to your level 20+ u probably find others who are also aiming to do the Raid someday put them in your friendlist or join there clan if they have one, and u are ready for the Raid when u think u strong enough. it is not like on day 1 u going to do the Raid enough time to find people. also i am sure others will do the Raid before u and show there experience on youtube so u can see what will happen if it is your time to go in.

Hell there's still time to just make friends in the forums so that you have friends to raid with at launch. I've seen multiple threads of people exchanging IDs so that they have others to play the game with.

So great directional support. How to be a millionaire: get a million dollars

I sorry I don't quite understand your post. Are saying that there are lots of ways to participate in Raids but Bungie has not made these ways very clear?
-
No just that you make this seem simple when it's not

Click the link Click join the Clan Two clicks and you can raid. Now click that mouse and lets you and me go get that Glass Vault loot brother! Now, is that easy or what ;) gallp13 Admin ANZAC Raiders

All good - weird thing though is you're complaining about how hard it is to Raid and you are already in a Clan?!......(scratches head).......go figure.

I plan on just sending friend invites to anyone I end up being matched up with that's decent during the strikes that lead up to the raid content.

Edited by gallp13: 8/27/2014 10:46:05 PMGreat approach. I have set up a Group and a Clan to complete Raids. We are now 32 people all from the same region (low latency). One month ago we didn't know each other. Now we are teaming up forming friendships and working out how we can prevail in the vault of glass. Unfortunately Raids are just too difficult for Match Making to work. That's why Bungie has provided at least 7 ways to team up for Raids. No one is locked out of Raids - quite the contrary - there are so many ways to form Raiding parties we are spoiled for choice. Better go now, have a Raid to plan ;)

you forgot join a clan

And Start a clan There's 7 ways
