New Feminist Frequency video

First of all, if you have nothing insightful or relevant to say regarding discussion of the video, please do not post in this thread. I've seen too many Feminist Frequency topics filled with shitposts from people who are either trolls, in denial, or haven't even watched the whole video. Please take that junk elsewhere. That's not to say you can't disagree with what's depicted or described, but please try to articulate your argument and refrain from the drive-by posts. *Ahem* Anyways, here's part one for those who haven't watched it. As for my opinion, while I thought Part 1 was a bit inconsistent (even though it still echoed a lot of truth), I thought Anita was pretty much spot on in this video. Females being murdered, and violently/sexually depicted is getting old. Tropes aren't inherently bad, but they can become tiresome from overuse, and this trope is one of them IMO.

 • Yeah, I really wish games would let me brutally murder thousands of men without a second thought, or even maim them to the point where they no longer resemble a human. The handful of games where a women is presented to have sexuality or where a female is harmed even once is simply despicable!
