On the beta when I was playing the Cosmodrome I realised that it was all the same other than day and night
What about Rain, Storms, Snow (snow near Christmas time maybe or in cold conditions obviously) but at random points in the game in the same environments if u know what I mean. Hope u take this into consideration :-)

WE NEED THIS #makeithappenbungie
-
Well it would be cool to have wether like that :-)

With places being exotic as the gardens of Venus or as snowy and desolate at old Russia this should've been included into the game!
-
Does anyone have any idea on how to actually make this post trending or noticeable by bungie?
-
Don't have twitter but #makeithappenbungie

I want snow. No rain or storms. I hate the sound of rain in games gets annoying especially with Destiny's long ass sky block.
-
How about realistic gravity on other planets and moons?

Edited by darkwyve: 8/26/2014 2:49:23 PMThis is actually very old news, a real time weather system is already incorporated into the game, and was talked about near the end of last year. (as you'll see this video I'm linking was all the way back in January, check around 2:30 into the video for the weather part). I suspect they didn't incorporate the weather system in the beta perhaps because they were still fine tuning it, or perhaps because they were still stress testing the servers, and didn't want to add any unnecessary strain to them until they had been fully tested. And of course its likely possible they just wanted to save it as an extra cool feature to première with the launch of the official game. Regardless, I'm sure you'll be glad to know its already going to be in the game.

Do any of you guys have any questions about the game btw?

Edited by Flint1985: 8/26/2014 2:30:38 PMI like the idea of storms etc. I've got an image in my head of being on Venus out in the open and then a warning from my Ghost telling my a lethal acid rain storm is inbound and the running for cover and watching anything in the open burn away

FYI it was the Cosmodrome. It's an old Russian space port. Russian astronauts were called Cosmonauts (at least in the USA they were) so that's kind of where the name comes from. Any ways I like the weather idea it would and a lot of fun variety.

I like the idea. Add even more variety than there was before!
