You don't see middle eastern kids (or any brown color skin from Asia like Indians) cry because ignorant white kids call them terrorist in a derogatory way. You don't see Mexican kids (the largest minority group) cry because ignorant white kids call them illegals even if they are not. You don't see oriental kids cry because ignorant white kids call them "chinks" or make fun of their culture. Only blacks complain. Only blacks get the media attention. If a whole group of white kids at school make fun of a single black kid for being black, it is definitely going to be on CNN. But, if a group of white kids make fun of a middle eastern kid for being a terrorist (which is like calling a black person a slave for no reason whatsoever), no one cares. Blacks also think they are the only minority group. They say oh it's a black-white thing. No, it's not. All in all, there are so many other minority groups out there that calling it just a black-and white thing is ignorant. Black people say they are constantly stereotyped, but they don't really have any clue on what other minority groups are stereotyped as, and I bet you many of them have the same stereotypes about other groups. They don't realize that other minority groups also face constant stereotypes. They don't realize that brown kids get stopped at airline security for no reason other than their skin color, they don't realize that Mexicans get just as much police attention as them. They just stick to their own little world saying it only happens to them. BS. They say well the white people made us slaves. Well, white people made practically every minority group slaves at one point. If America was to go and bomb Africa and start a war there, black people here will go nuts and start riots everywhere. Middle eastern people say very minimal here (although there may be a protest here or there). They don't realize that white people tried to impose their culture onto other minority groups also. They also don't realize that they are the only group who has it hard. I live in New York City. There are so many other minority groups that come from nothing but work hard and don't complain. But here they are; complaining as if they are the only one. Just stop and realize you are not the only one and that other minority groups are fighting the same fight as you are for equality, but they aren't being straight up assholes like you starting riots.
