I've been wanting to say this since Reach launched... [b]Adapt[/b] You know, maybe shoot the dregs first if they are the ones doing so much damage to you. Maybe position yourself so you can block the lines of sight from as many people as you're fighting against so as to [i]not take damage from them[/i]. I'm pretty sure that's what people mean by get better, because you're the only one with this "problem." Now, I understand you're probably trolling (deep down) but you've mentioned multiple times in your responses that you aren't, so you're either a bad troll, a bad liar, or you're bad at video games. Take your pick.
