I'd go with an NVIDIA GTX 770 4GB, myself (that's what I have).

If money is an issue then go with the Zotac 770. Either way you'll appreciate the extra VRAM.

This is just a second build I made with said card(well not the one he listed), I'm going to keep researching and I'll probably make a final build in the coming months.
