I'm 13 and my fireteam are all around the same age and we are very mature. I've encountered lots of people who are 20 and and over( or at least say it and sound like it) who were impressed and we had a fun time. Don't let the few of us who are stupid or immature represent the rest of us.

That's just how the world is dude, just look at the IS they're putting the Muslim community in a bad light because of their actions, or an even better example, 9/11

Thank you. I'm ashamed so many of my peers are so damn stupid. I'm 16 and most of my close friends are 19-21 because they're the only people I don't want to punch in the face because they aren't tools.

When I was your age sadly I felt much the same on many an occasion. Some people are mentally older than their age.
