Based on articles I can find on the subject EA does still own the exclusive right to feature Porsche vehicles in their games.
This goes both ways though. Up until recently Microsoft (And thus Forza), were the only ones who could feature Ferrari vehicles in their games. I think this license lapsed though, because NFS: Rivals does have Ferrari's in it.

When I saw that the new NFS had Ferrari in it I was surprised. Ferrari hadn't been in Need For Speed since Hot Pursuit 2, and that game came out in 2002.

OMG I have hot pursuit 2 for xbox. It was such a good game for that time!
