Cabal tanks were hidden in an update or something a while back. Yes, it looks like psions will be the pilots

A big, slow tank with a big, snipable driver? I wonder if we can take over the tanks and actually use them.

I sure don't see the driver in this image. But then, has Bungie ever made a vehicle they player could not drive?

Well, Destiny doesn't have hijacking/boarding, so who knows. I'm pretty hopeful, though, because it might be the reason why Psions (which are smaller than regular Cabal) drive the vehicles. If regular Cabal were to do it, the seat/controls would be too big for a Guardian.

Could be, but honestly I expect to destroy this thing hundreds of times and get to ride it zero.

I think I remember a mention of a Cabal tank in the updates, but I thought they meant the interceptor.
