The issue is: have these people actually violated the code of conduct? It's weird to see a forum without guidelines stickied, but as long as these people aren't actually breaking the rules, mods shouldn't step in. It's a fine (and often irritating) line between just being annoying and actually needing a mod to step in, but I'd rather have to deal with stupid posts than having the mods go forum-[url=http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law]-godwinslaw!-[/url] and burn down anything that isn't super-serious/on topic.
